Sneaker brand Age from South Korea is to expand into China and 10 European countries through distribution and sales contracts.

Launched in 2018 with the slogan “Flow of time”, the brand has 30 stores in 15 countries, including France, Canada, Malaysia, Australia and the US.

Age reports that it will enter China in the second half of this year through a distribution contract with a Chinese company. After a trial on selected Chinese online platforms, the company will add offline stores to help boost sales in this large market.

In addition, the brand plans to partner with a company in Sweden that distribute Fila and other 15 brands in 10 European countries.

“The headquarters received strong marketing support in 2021 by receiving strategic investment from Samhwa Networks, a famous domestic drama production company, and participating as an official sponsor of ‘Showtime from now on’,” said an Age spokesperson.

“Based on our investment and overseas expansion, we expect to make a big leap forward this year both at home and abroad.”
