Indonesian fashion retailer Claude is expanding into Singapore, opening a new store at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.

The 1600 sqft brick-and-mortar store has curved outlines and a floral installation decorating the interior. The primary colours used throughout the store concept are mint green and lilac.

“The goal is to create an experience for everyone while touring the store and feel comfortable, relax and unwind in the massive lounge room, and taking pictures of many of the spots,” said Christie Johana, co-founder and creative director of Claude.

Andrea Chong, Melissa C Koh, Nellie Lim, Savina Chow, and Jamie Chua, along with other well-known influencers from the fashion and lifestyle industries, were present at Claude’s grand opening celebration.

Founded in 2018 by Christie Johana and Tommy Budihardjo, Claude is an independent fashion company that aims to give women sophisticated looks based on styles that fit into daily life, with the mission of “Empowering Diversity Through Raw Beauty”. It also has a subsidiary brand called Everyday that primarily targets the Gen Z generation.
