An e-commerce platform called Artisan Nook has launched in Singapore, selling products of women-led businesses as it aims to help women achieve financial independence and work-life balance.

The platform also intends to donate 30 per cent of its profits to charities such as the Singapore Cancer Society.

“Artisan Nook is about giving women an opportunity to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams, create their own legacies and at the same time, leave a positive impact that lasts for future generations. We want to empower women by offering an accessible platform,” said founder Reena Yin.

“I hope to uplift and inspire women in the community such as the neighbour next door and friends who are stay-at-home mums and mid-career movers to achieve financial independence and work-life balance while celebrating their individuality.”

Artisan Nook also provides resources from marketing to packaging and delivery logistics for those who need additional assistance.

Yin is also selling her homemade chilli Jia-Home Chilli on the site.
