Zalora launches omnichannel retail concept ‘The Terminal by Zalora’

Online fashion platform Zalora has launched ‘The Terminal by Zalora’ – its omnichannel retail experience – to kick off the year-end shopping season.

The Terminal, located at Wisma Atria in the heart of Singapore’s shopping area on Orchard Road, is available to the public from November 2 to 13.

The pop-up store will kick off Zalora’s promotion for 11.11, one of the world’s biggest shopping events, and will include more than 40 curated international brands from the 3000+ global brands that Zalora carries on its app and online platforms.

“This pop-up embodies our dedication to providing shoppers with a curated, and immersive experience, ensuring our valued customers enjoy not just the finest fashion for one and all in the family, but also unmatched ease and unbeatable prices,” said Achint Setia, Zalora chief revenue and marketing officer.

In September, Zalora announced an expanded integration with OpenAI via its proprietary platform, Titan, intending to reshape online shopping paradigms, streamline operations, and set new industry norms for efficiency and productivity.
