Filipino food franchise Potato Corner has launched its first store in Malaysia at Sunway Pyramid, in partnership with local distributor Rocks Foods. 

Potato Corner operates more than 1800 outlets in Thailand, the UK, Dubai, Australia, Singapore, and China.  

The fast-food brand, which opened in 1992, is renowned for its flavoured fries, which include Cheese, Barbecue, Sour Cream, and Chilli Barbecue.

Over more than 25 years, the company has grown from a network of small kiosks and food cart operations to in-line stores and sit-down diners in malls, schools, hospitals, bus stations, amusement parks, and tourist landmarks around the Philippines.

Rocks Foods also operates Potato Corner in Thailand and in 2018, the company opened its first location in Singapore on Orchard Road.
