South Korean duty-free retailer Lotte has reopened its Terminal 3 Departure Central Duplex Store at Changi Airport, marking a new age of innovation and luxury in travel retail.

The store has a prominent feature in the expansive transit area of the terminal and showcases a range of innovative experiences at this redesigned store, with cutting-edge elements and special offers to guarantee that customers have a unique shopping experience.

The House of Suntory shop-in-shop boutique, which includes brands such as Hennessy, Penfolds, and Pernod Ricard, is located in exclusive enclaves that pair fascinating digital content with their merchandise.

Customers can recharge their devices and refresh themselves at the Upper Deck Lifestyle Lounge.

The duplex also features The Interactive Wine Sommelier for food-combining recommendations and Toni, the Makr Shakr robotic bartender, for cocktails.

“With Lotte Duty Free’s Terminal 3 Central Duplex store now a new landmark at Changi Airport, we are proud to continue setting global benchmarks in travel retail,” said Mr Kim Ju Nam, Global CEO of Lotte Duty Free.
