Singapore’s Tiong Bahru Bakery has opened its first Philippine outlet in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Manila.

Established in 2012 in Singapore, Tiong Bahru Bakery is known for its artisan French pastries.

The company said its BGC branch is designed as a community-oriented space, offering indoor and outdoor seating. It also features a glass window that allows customers to view the baking process.

The menu offers savoury dishes, all-day meals, and pastries such as croissants, kouign amann, lemon tarts, and pain au chocolat.

In addition to its pastries, the bakery serves coffee made from sustainably sourced beans by Common Man Coffee Roasters. Its signature blend features notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and cherries. For those preferring a non-caffeinated option, the bakery offers a Hojicha Latte.

“Tiong Bahru Bakery is more than just exceptional bakes and coffee – it’s a place where communities come together,” said the company.

Jollibee Food Corporation (JFC) is responsible for bringing Tiong Bahru Bakery and Common Man Coffee Roasters to the Philippines.
