Coach has opened The Coach Restaurant Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport, extending the American fashion brand’s push into hospitality as part of its broader lifestyle strategy.
The restaurant takes design cues from Coach’s New York heritage, featuring a view of Jewel’s Rain Vortex and a layout comprising a 56-seat dining room, 10-seat bar, and 10-seat chef’s counter built around an open woodfire kitchen.
Interior details blend bronze mirrors, terrazzo flooring, and tropical wood louvres, alongside leather accents used in menu covers and staff aprons. A full-sized yellow taxi cab suspended above the dining area serves as a focal point referencing the brand’s origins.
“Singapore is renowned for its dynamic food culture and global community, making it the natural choice to host our hospitality concepts,” said Marcus Sanders, VP of global food and beverage at Coach.
“Here, we invite guests to gather, celebrate, and experience Coach in a way that feels both timeless and new.”
The new venue builds on Coach’s previous food and beverage ventures and complements its Coach Coffee Shop and refurbished retail store at Jewel. The three spaces aim to strengthen the brand’s largest integrated lifestyle concept in Asia.
