Korean health and beauty giant Amorepacific has reported solid third-quarter results, which the company says were underpinned by the global expansion of its core beauty brands.
For the three months ending September, consolidated revenue rose 4 per cent year on year to US$752 million (KRW$1.1082 trillion), while operating profit surged 41 per cent to $71 million.
In the domestic market, the group recorded 4 per cent revenue growth and a 24 per cent rise in operating profit, supported by stronger sales across online, department store, and multi-brand shop channels, as well as in duty-free and cross-border platforms.
Overseas, revenue grew 3 per cent and operating profit jumped 73 per cent, attributed to ongoing expansion across global markets.
Among its brands, Innisfree led with revenue of $338.6 million, followed by Etude at $192.4 million, Amos Professional at $138.7 million, Osulloc at $185.6 million, and Espoir at $129.2 million.
“The strong performance of our flagship brands, combined with ongoing efficiency measures, has enabled us to strengthen both growth and profitability across markets,” the company said.
