Japanese fashion brand Nanamica will open a store in Shanghai, China, marking the brand’s second store overseas.

Located on Wukang Road along Shanghai’s Xuhui district, the store seeks to combine the site’s natural architecture with its contemporary and minimalist aesthetic. 

The label described its range of clothing as a combination of fashion and functionality, which “transcends genre, age, and gender”. 

“At Nanamica Wukang, we offer a space where you can experience the brand’s worldview in harmony with the cultural background and creative atmosphere,” said the company.

“We hope that our garments can be worn beautifully for as long as possible. “

Nanamica currently operates in stores in Daikanyama, Kobe, Fukuoka, Kyoto, New York, and now, Shanghai.
