3Coins has opened its largest flagship in Hong Kong, as the Japanese discount chain grows its global footprint.
Located at Airside in Kai Tak, the 5100sqft store offers more than 2500 items, spanning storage solutions, household goods, accessories, and seasonal products.
The store will also feature a ‘Made in Japan’ food range, a dedicated pet zone, and a travel-themed area inspired by Kai Tak’s aviation heritage.
Wider walkways have been incorporated into the layout to accommodate shoppers with pets.
“This is another step in building not just stores, but platforms where Japanese brands can connect meaningfully with overseas consumers,” said Yaichi, operator of 3Coins in Hong Kong.
Founded in 1994, 3Coins is known for its “plus-value” concept, with most items priced at around JPY$300.
