PapaHome Powered by Taobao is expanding its presence in Hong Kong by relocating its flagship store to a larger site at Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay, scheduled to open in October.
The new flagship will span more than 35,000sqft across two floors, more than doubling the size of the retailer’s existing store in Tsim Sha Tsui. The move comes more than a year after PapaHome made its market debut as Taobao’s first brick-and-mortar furniture superstore in Hong Kong.
According to the company, strong customer demand and sales at the inaugural store prompted the decision to relocate to a larger flagship.
The Causeway Bay outlet will build on the OMO model while introducing the brand’s ‘More Than Home’ concept. In addition to a broader range of furniture and home furnishings, the store will feature a dedicated home aesthetics showroom and offer custom furniture, interior design and renovation services.
Beyond home products, the flagship will introduce new lifestyle offerings, including the debut of PapaCafe, as well as dedicated spaces for beauty and wellness, floristry, and curated lifestyle accessories.
PapaHome also plans to host regular workshops and community events at the new location, aiming to create a lifestyle destination that combines shopping, design, and social experiences.
