Hong Kong-born cafe concept Coffee Academics has opened a pop up store on Scotts Rd while it awaits construction of its new permanent home inside On Pedder at the end of this month.
It is the first Singapore outlet of the successful Hong Kong cafe chain which has gained a broad base of followers throughout Asia by serving travellers. These photos are of one of the chain’s Hong Kong cafes.
The permanent cafe will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and and hold courses on coffee roasting and blending.
In the meantime, the brand is whetting Singaporeans’ appetites serving its quality espresso-style coffees from a pop up kiosk on Level 2 of Scotts Square. It will trade from 10am to 4pm daily.
