Harry Winston opens Hong Kong boutique

Harry Winston, the New York based creator and designer of watches and jewellery, unveiled a new timepiece boutique at Elements Mall in Hong Kong.

In partnership with Halewinner Watches Group’s Unique Timepieces, the store, Harry Winston’s first in the city.

“We are glad to open the new Harry Winston timepiece boutique at Elements, the hub of international luxury brands, to share the brand’s exceptional timepieces in the purest way. The boutique is not only a place for business; it is also a place for us to share the brand’s philosophy in watchmaking with our customers,” said Karson Choi, executive director of Halewinner Watches Group.

Harry Winston plans to expand its current four stores in the region to 13 across Asia, excluding Japan, by 2016.

“Harry Winston’s stand-alone stores will land in first-tier cities like Beijing and Shanghai later,” said Victor Hew, MD, DKSH Hong Kong, a market expansion service group which oversees the brand’s expansion in Hong Kong.

Harry Winston was founded in 1932 and is operating 20 boutiques around the world.
