Michael Kors to hit Macau

American fashion brand Michael Kors will launch its first Macao store next month – inside Macao’s newest integrated resort, Sands Cotai Central which opens on April 11.

To be located in the duty-free Shoppes Cotai Central, the Michael Kors store will be spread across more than 2000sqft. Macao will be Michael Kor’s fourth China location after Tianjin, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

“Michael Kors provides shoppers with an exceptional luxury line of clothing and accessories, and we are very excited to be the first in Macao to host one of their outstanding stores,” said David Sylvester, senior VP of retail Asia, Las Vegas Sands Corporation.

“Michael Kors is a great addition to our ever-expanding portfolio of shops presenting the very best brands and the latest fashion the world has on offer – all in one fantastic integrated city destination.”

Shoppes Cotai Central will also host brands including Gucci, Rolex, Luk Fook Jewellery, Bottega Veneta, Hanmac, Yves Saint Laurent and other newbies in Macao market including Pink Grill and Sergio Rossi.

Like its sister mall The Grand Canal Shoppes, Shoppes Cotai Central, with more than 600 stores spread across 1.2 million sqft, will cover every type of customer – from luxury seekers, to savvy customers or those who are just enjoying a day out with family and friends.

Aside from retail environment, Shoppes Cotai Central will also house restaurants, gaming zones, conventions, health clubs, and entertainment.
