Hublot opens Shanghai boutique

Hublot, the Swiss luxury watch brand epitomising the ‘Art of Fusion’, has unveiled its second boutique in Shanghai.

The new Hublot boutique is situated on Shanghai’s Nanjing West Rd, an area renowned for its concentration of top luxury brands. 

The boutique features a façade of black stone, elegant leather furnishings and glass and metal fixtures – and high-tech point of sale features which fuse together the Swiss-designed luxury feel with contemporary style.

Hublot, the first luxury watch brand to establish long-term alliances with the football world, has built a strong partnership with Manchester United since 2008 when it became the ‘Official Timekeeper’ and ‘Official Watch’ of the great club.

In the last four years, the two parties have actively collaborated on the design of Red Devil watches, brand promotions and charitable activities.

“The spirit of Red Devil from Manchester United inspires us to strive for similarly brilliant achievement, while Hublot’s spirit of innovation injects infinite vigor and inspiration into our partnership,” said Loic Biver, brand director for Hublot China.

Prior to the new boutique opening, Hublot had three boutiques and four point of sales in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Shenyang and Wuhan.

Hublot plans to have 15 outlets in China within a short time frame in order to take the Hublot presence to a new level.
