Aeon opens new Hong Kong store

Aeon has opened its eighth general merchandise store in Hong Kong – Aeon Tai Wo Hau Store.

The new store, worth some HK$50 million, was funded internally.

The two-storey store occupies an area of 120,000 sqft in Panda Place which has recently undergone renovation. A major attraction of the store is the group’s largest supermarket in Tsuen Wan District offering meat, ready-made meals, cooked food and frozen ingredients sourced from around the world to cater for the needs of families and the busy working population.

Moreover, the Living Plaza located at the store is also the district’s largest, providing diverse merchandise imported from Japan.

Tai Wo Hau Store houses specialty stores unique to Hong Kong including Cele’s footwear store, Houser’s cartoon bedding store and Aeon’s own label La Boheme Bakery.

The new store also has Aeon’s own branded Topvalu Collection specialty store providing casual clothes and accessories for men and women.
