Swiss watch brand Blancpain has opened its largest boutique in the world – in Shanghai.

The boutique, in Xintiandi, is the brand’s third in Shanghai and its eighth in China.

Spread over 600 sqm over two floors, the boutique presents the brand’s creations and offers a range of additional services.

The ground floor features a circular staircase which leads customers to a lounge bar on the upper floor.

The Shanghai boutique also features a service centre where customers can have their watches serviced locally, as well as observing watchmakers at work through transparent workshop windows.

The new boutique is the Blancpain’s 30th in the world.
