Fine jeweller Mouawad has opened its first boutique in Thailand, located on the ground floor of The Emporium in Bangkok.

The new boutique adopts a Mediterranean-inspired design with terracotta tones, arches, and olive motifs, an aesthetic first introduced in Mouawad’s London store.

To coincide with the launch, Mouawad is presenting its full ‘Sun on the Seven Wonders’ Masterpiece Collection, inspired by iconic global landmarks and featuring yellow diamonds as a central motif.

“The opening of our Bangkok boutique not only celebrates the city’s standing as a cultural and luxury gateway, but also honours our enduring relationship with Asian clientele, whose appreciation for artistry and heritage continues to inspire the House,” said Fred Mouawad, co-guardian of the house.

Founded in 1890, the Geneva-headquartered brand is known for its craftsmanship with rare gemstones and holds several Guinness World Records for its diamond creations.

The store marks the brand’s first retail location in Asia and a strategic move to grow its presence in a region that continues to be a key market for high-end jewellery.
