Harrods opens in Hong Kong airport

Harrods is the newest addition to Hong Kong International Airport’s retail line-up.

The British department store, in partnership with King Power Group, has opened a 40sqm space at the airport’s Terminal 1, selling Harrods branded products including food and confectionery, toys and souvenirs.

“With HKIA consistently being ranked as one of the best airports in the world, this was the perfect location to give our international customers access to the Harrods gifting range that is so coveted,” said Harrods business development director Raj Assanand.

King Power Group also runs Harrods stores in Singapore and Macau airports.

“The opportunity to do the same at Hong Kong Airport is something we were very keen on, and are fortunate to have got this location for this shop,” says King Power Group MD, travel retail and duty free, Sunil Tuli.
