PCCW Solutions and LTF Asia has launched a digital logistics platform called Hop! (House of Parcels) for online retailers.
The Hop! parcel locker empowers retailers and e-commerce players to grow their businesses and extend their market reach with end-to-end digital solutions.
Hop! combines delivery and promotion functions through a network of 24×7 automated parcel locker machines in an innovative, cost-effective and secure service, enabling retailers and online shoppers to send, receive and return parcels anytime.
To date, nine companies including Beecrazy, StrawberryNet, Baby Kingdom e-shop and Shopline are already or will be offering the Hop! delivery option.

The Hop! lockers located in high-traffic locations can also serve as an effective promotional channel for merchants. They are equipped to show videos ads on the LED screens installed on the lockers, and able to display print ads on the surface of the lockers.

Currently, the Hop! lockers are available at 23 locations in residential areas across Hong Kong. The network is expected to gradually increase in both residential and commercial areas including properties managed by Link REIT and Savills Guardian.
