Onitsuka Tiger – the upmarket, vintage footwear brand of Asics – has opened its second boutique in Singapore.

The new Onitsuka Tiger Singapore store is located at #01-451/452 Suntec City Mall.

The store launches with special collaborations with designers and artists, such as the Onitsuka Tiger & Italian menswear designer Andrea Pompilio range and the Onitsuka Tiger & Tokidoki collection. Other products include the classic Mexico 66s.

Onitsuka Tiger is one of the oldest shoe companies in Japan, tracing its history back to 1949 when Kihachiro Onitsuka, a 32 year old former military officer, started his company with the hopes of raising postwar youth self-esteem through athletics.

The brand’s first boutique in Singapore is located at VivoCity.

The new store will trade from 11am to 9.30pmn daily.
