The concurrent two-day conference, with the theme “Creating the new Asean retail landscape in 2020” focuses on helping the retail industry strategise, evolve, change and grow. It explores the trends and future of the retail/shopping mall experience.

Conference topics include:

Supported by the Thai Retailers Association (TRA) and the Thai Shopping Centers Association (TSCA), the conference will include panel discussions, educational presentations, case studies and networking sessions. Formed 30 years ago, the TRA was initially known as the Department Store Retailers Club, while the TSCA grew from a collaboration of shopping malls to exchange trend knowledge, experience and information.
