Taste of Hong Kong 2017 confirmed

Taste of Hong Kong returns for its second edition at Central Harbourfront from March 16 to 19 next year.

Organiser IMG Culinary Asia says the restaurant festival, presented by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), will involve more restaurants, dishes and artisan producers.

IMG head Simon Wilson says Taste of Hong Kong 2017 will offer more than 50 signature dishes. New to the festival are restaurants Kaum at Potato Head, Mercato, Okra, Rhoda and Zuma. Returning are Amber, Arcane, Cafe Gray Deluxe, Chino, Duddell’s, Tin Lung Heen, Tosca and Yardbird.

There will also be a chance to shop at The Gourmet Market. Chefs will also feature at the Taste Theatre, plus there will be entertainment.
About 15,000 visitors attended the inaugural event this year.
