Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory (TMCF) has introduced a new concept at Langham Place in Mong Kok, Cow Cow Cafe.
It features cheese, its menu offering both savoury treats and ice cream. Highlights include made-to-order cheddar cheese cones that can be topped with either Hokkaido milk ice cream or cheese ice cream. There is also Version 2.0, which is a mix of both, reports Time Out Hong Kong.
There is a sundae option that includes this ice cream and cone topped with milk cheesecake and a piece of the TMCF signature salt-and-camembert cookie. Alternatives include a tiramisu roll, a combination of coffee, alcohol, cheese and chocolate.
TMCF has its regular store at Hysan Place in Causeway Bay.
