Chinese restaurant brand Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao continues to reach success in Hong Kong with an expansion, a new look, and a new noodle bar concept.
Now open in Mongkok’s Moko mall, the restaurant business has established “Hong Kong’s first Chinese handmade noodle bars” that theatrically demonstrate Lanzhou-style noodle-pulling techniques by inviting onlookers to interact with master chefs.
The new noodle bar concept will be rolled out in phases across its 15 mall locations across Hong Kong, inviting guests to try three different la mian preparations alongside reinterpretations of other popular regional Chinese dishes.
Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao’s milestone is being marked by special promotions that will continue until September 30.
The brand is widely-regarded for its contemporary healthy versions of traditional Beijing, Sichuan and Shanghai cuisine headlined by its western Chinese la mian noodles.
