F&B concierge service launched by Frasers Property, DBS Bank

Frasers Property Singapore will partner with DBS Bank in launching an exclusive digital F&B concierge service later this year.

The service, called “Makan Master”, will be made available to all retail customers and tenants of Frasers Property Singapore via the Frasers Rewards application. Among other useful features, Makan Master can help customers reserve a table at their favourite F&B outlet, pre-order dishes, and pay for meals instantly at the table. Pre-orders for self-collection will also be part of Makan Master’s offerings.

Frasers’ senior executive VP and head of its retail & commercial division, Low Chee Wah said digital technology is a powerful enabler of the company’s goal to improve customer experience at its properties.

“We understand the changing needs of our customers, and services like Makan Master aim to deliver seamless and convenient solutions for them. With the support of partners like DBS Bank, we will be able to drive better customer experiences across our assets.”

In addition to Makan Master, Frasers’ retail customers and tenants can expect more cashless transactions and digital solutions to be rolled out progressively in future.
