JeweLuxe Singapore to return next month

JeweLuxe Singapore will return for a second time next month, after its successful launch last year.

To be held at Tent@Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza from October 12 – 21, JeweLuxe is billed as Southeast Asia’s largest curated festival of design and craft in jewellery, timepieces and sophisticated living.

Last year’s festival saw more than US$6 million in sales and 13,000 visitors. This year, more than 60 jewellery houses, heritage brands and independent designers will participate this year, presenting exquisite, luxurious and cutting-edge works of art worth up to SG$100 million, including pieces worn by celebrities worldwide.

The organisers say this year will also see a much wider range of everyday ready-to-wear jewellery pieces and the largest gathering of 11 Academie Horlogere des Createurs Independants (AHCI) independent watch and clockmakers in Asia.

Going beyond a traditional jewellery exhibition, JeweLuxe Singapore promises an experiential platform that will “heighten appreciation, and consequently drive sales of fine jewellery and timepieces that celebrate sophisticated living as well as traditional and excellent craftsmanship”.

“We are humbled by the overwhelming response we have garnered from the watch world since our debut in 2017,” said Nelson Lee, co-founder and chief of digital & marketing at JeweLuxe International.

After the event closes, a curated selection of pieces showing at JeweLuxe Singapore 2018 will be available online.
