Beauty World Plaza has been launched for sale by tender by Knight Frank Singapore.

The District 21 2305sqm mixed commercial and residential development features 61 retail units and 30 residential units with a gross plot ratio (GPR) of 3. It stands within 300 metres of supermarkets, eateries, schools and a wet market, and has fully sheltered MRT access.

Knight Frank’s executive director and head of investment and capital markets Ian Loh said an outline application for the change of use of the residential component to serviced apartments has been submitted to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), pending their response.

Owners are expecting offers close to their reserve of $165 million by close of tender on January 30.
