Papa Palheta cafe chain rebrands to PPP Coffee

Singapore’s Papa Palheta coffee chain has rebranded to PPP Coffee.

The first PPP Coffee-branded outlet has opened at Funan mall, and also marks the chain’s 10th anniversary.

“In the past 10 years, we learnt so much about ourselves and coffee,” said Leon Foo, PPP Coffee co-founder and CEO.

“It is these magical interactions with our customers, partners and suppliers around coffee that led to the inception of the PPP Coffee store. We are definitely looking forward to delivering a unique experience to the coffee community.”

The PPP Coffee store promises a multi-sensory coffee experience: a hands-on brew bar where customers can contemplate brewing equipment, a library of exceptional “vintages” of high quality roasted beans that are nitro-frozen to be “revived” and enjoyed at a later date, and an artisanal toast bar.

PPP Coffee is now eyeing overseas markets for expansion, including China and Japan.

“We have always endeavoured to provide quality-sourced specialty coffee which is traceable and transparent for the community, both on the wholesale and retail level,” said Marcus Foo, PPP coffee co-founder.

“At the core of our belief is to always connect people with coffee.”
