Parklane mall is selling 33 strata retail units in its first level basement.

The mall is taking expressions of interest in the units with an indicative value of $55.7 million, the equivalent of around $2200/sqft based on a total area of 2352sqm.

The units are open to foreign purchase due to their commercial-use zoning, and come with a 99-year leasehold dating from 1974. Their floor areas fall between 23sqm and 186sqm.
