Beauty firm Freyja has cooperated with brand consultancy Fitch in launching a make-up, skincare and lifestyle hub in Manila.
The new venue centres on interaction and immersion with the firm’s beauty products, in an environment emphasising bright colours and designed to convey an energetic confidence. Services in store include social beauty bars, express lockers for click and collect purchases and one-on-one make-up masterclasses, supported by an online community platform and live billboards featuring tips by brand ambassadors.
“Freyja is about rejecting traditional beauty retail,” states coverage of the store on Fitch’s blog, “a brand not only supporting a community of beauty enthusiasts in the Philippines with an omnichannel experience of the latest and greatest products, but also empowering customers to define beauty their own way”.
