Tech-enabled coffee chain, Flash Coffee, has unveiled the bold design of its Singapore flagship at Orchard Gateway.
Flash Coffee Orchard Gateway is designed with the brand’s signature bright yellow and neon pink elements, while the layout is arranged to suit takeaway. For example, the store’s ‘Flash Lane’ allows customers to do a quick pick-up if they place an order in advance via the company’s mobile app.
Meanwhile, Flash Coffee said it has upgraded its loyalty programme for optimised engagement with customers – on top of accumulating points for purchases. More benefits such as free products and merchandise based on the membership tier will be added.
“Bettering the customer experience remains a top priority at Flash Coffee even as we continue with our expansion plans,” the company said.
The Rocket Internet-backed coffee chain expanded into Singapore last year after launching in Indonesia and Thailand. Flash Coffee now operates 20 stores across the city.
The launch of the Singapore flagship store follows Flash Coffee’s expansion plan announced last month in which it said it would expand its store network to 300, and enter Japan and South Korea later this year.
