Peloton sheds CEO, 2800 workers Fitness tech company Peloton has axed around 2800 people, including CEO John Foley, after its post-pandemic sales plummeted. Foley has been replaced by former Spotify and Netflix chief financial officer Barry McCarthy. “Our objective is clear: we are taking steps to best position Peloton for sustainable growth, while also establishing a clear path to consistent profitability,” Foley wrote in a letter to shareholders, The Guardian reported.
