Sportswear giant Adidas has opened its first heritage store in Vietnam in the heart of Hoi An Ancient Town.

Located within a 300-year-old building in the Unesco World Heritage Site, the store features yellow walls, a traditional tiled roof, and locally inspired design details.

The space combines Hoi An’s architectural heritage with contemporary style and self-expression, bringing together fashion, music, art, and local culture.

The store also boasts exclusive Made For You customisation experiences and a rooftop designed for future community gatherings, creating new opportunities for customers to connect with the Adidas Originals spirit in their own way.

The opening ceremony saw a floating parade along the Hoai River, traditional music reimagined with contemporary sounds, and a lantern-lit celebration that reflected the distinctive character of Hoi An.

Adidas debuted in Vietnam in 1993 and officially established its fully owned subsidiary in 2009. The brand now operates roughly 80 to 90 official retail and outlet stores across the country.
