Japanese beauty and health products retailer Yoshitsu has launched its first physical store in Hong Kong, part of a long-term expansion plan in the region.

Located in New Territories, the store offers a product assortment, including cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, cosmetic applicators and body care products.

“Providing a remarkable customer experience is the top priority for our business, and we will try to bring the best shopping experience to every customer,” said Mei Kanayama, the principal executive officer at Yoshitsu.

Kanayama also said the brand intends to open more stores in Hong Kong over the remainder of the year and the team is eager to bring beauty experience to more new customers, as well as increase Yoshitsu’s market share and achieve long-term growth.

Yoshitsu, which is headquartered in Tokyo, is a retailer and wholesaler of Japanese beauty and health products. The company bought Tokyo Lifestyle from All Seas Global in July.

The brand is planning to increase its commercial presence as well as its retail operations in Southeast Asia.
