Luxury goods and jewellery retail specialist, Norbreeze Group, has secured the exclusive distribution rights of Swedish watch brand Daniel Wellington in Singapore and Malaysia through its subsidiary Cocomi.

Daniel Wellington’s existing 13 physical stores are now managed by Norbreeze Group with Cocomi overseeing the watch label’s regional expansion. The brand currently has four stores in Singapore and nine in Malaysia.

“Daniel Wellington is a perfect fit for our brand offering in Singapore and Malaysia,” said Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg, CEO and co-founder of Norbreeze Group. “In addition to offering our customers additional in-store and online options, we aim to enhance the already strong presence of Cocomi and Daniel Wellington in Singapore and Malaysia.”

Sauerberg said the acquisition of Daniel Wellington in Singapore and Malaysia is part of Cocomi’s business strategy working towards 2025. Earlier this year, Norbreeze Group added Calvin Klein watches and jewellery to its portfolio, which includes Coach, Boss, Hugo, Lacoste and Tommy Hilfiger.

Headquartered in Singapore, Norbreeze Group has more than 60 directly and indirectly operated stores and distributes to more than 200 stores across Southeast Asia.

Cocomi, the omnichannel distributor of watch and jewellery brands, is one of the group’s three subsidiaries after Pandora Indochina’s master franchisee Norbreeze Collective Asia and Danish watchmaker August Berg.
