Samsung has relaunched its Samsung 837 experiential store in New York City’s Meatpacking District.

With a “transformed retail space” and a new way to preview, try, and purchase items in-store, the Samsung 837 store’s design focuses on enhancing the consumer experience.

The store also houses the first Samsung SmartThings Home in the US, which builds on the company’s vision for a more connected world unveiled at CES 2023. The brand sees devices working together seamlessly so people can focus on what matters most – such as their loved ones, their space, and the environment.

“Samsung has been leading the way in letting people experience the best a brand has to offer and now goes even further with the reopening of Samsung 837 and shoppable SmartThings Home, right here in The Meatpacking District,” said Jeffrey C LeFrancois, executive director of the Meatpacking Business Improvement District.

“Our unique retail collection accompanied by our cultural, dining and hospitality scene allows visitors to enjoy the neighbourhood from day to night.”

Samsung says Samsung 837 provides device care services and product life extension suggestions. Being one of more than 1700 e-waste drop-off locations in the US, Samsung 837 will continue to be a space that enables people to make a significant environmental impact by recycling responsibly.
