Bossini International co-CEO Chang Min Huei steps down

Chang Min Huei, the co-CEO of Hong Kong-listed fashion retailer Bossini International, has resigned from his role after two years.

Cheung Chi, currently the company’s executive director and its other co-CEO, will become the single CEO. The company said there was no disagreement between Huei and the board.

“There is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders,” the company said in a statement.

Huei was appointed as co-CEO of Bossini International in May 2021. He has more than 30 years of experience in the apparel industry, ranging from brand management, rebranding, channel expansion and integration to administrative management.

Prior to Bossini International, Huei held several key positions at Ribo Fashion Group and Hazzys China. The Hong Hong apparel group reported a loss of HK$132 million (US$16.82 million) attributable to shareholders for the year ended December 31.

As of March, the company operates in 16 markets around the world and has 559 stores – 212 directly managed and 347 franchised.
