Tanishq enters Southeast Asia with first boutique in Singapore

Tanishq, an Indian jewellery brand from Tata Group, has made its foray into the Southeast Asian market with its first boutique in Singapore – at Centrium Square.

Covering over 2800sqft spread over two floors, the location features more than 2000 unique designs, with staff members able to speak 16 languages.

Founded in 1994, Tanishq currently operates over 410 stores in India and 13 overseas locations in the UAE, Qatar and the US.

At the inauguration of the Singapore store, the brand also announced its long-term plan to open 50 boutiques globally, including locations in the UK, Australia and Malaysia.

“We intend to cater to the diverse preferences of Singapore’s residents, bringing a wide range of exquisite jewellery and at the same time, interesting designs in everyday wear,” said Kuruvilla Markose, CEO of Titan Company, which manages the jewellery brand.
