Hong Kong fast food and restaurant operator Cafe de Coral has named Piony Leung as CEO, effective April 1 next year.

Leung is currently Cafe de Coral’s MD, responsible for managing and developing the company’s business in Hong Kong.

In her new appointment, Leung will oversee the business in Hong Kong and Mainland China along with managing the company overall.

Leung will succeed Peter Lo, who will retire as CEO but remain with the company as an executive director and an authorised representative.
