The Minor Food Group, a subsidiary of Minor International, has opened its first Sizzler location and signed a new agreement for The Coffee Club to strengthen its presence in Vietnam.

Both brands are in collaboration with local multi-brand restaurant operator Goldsun Food.

Sizzler, which was acquired by Minor International in June, provides sustainable dining experiences using foods and a farm-to-table approach. Meanwhile, The Coffee Club is a global coffee chain with more than 450 locations in 14 countries.

“The expansion sends a clear signal to the global market that Minor Food, like our hotel business Minor Hotels, is back on trajectory of remarkable growth, and we are constantly seizing opportunities for strong partnerships in fast growing markets to drive expansion with our own brands,” said Dillip Rajakarier, group CEO of Minor International.

Minor Food now operates more than 100 locations in Vietnam, with brands including The Pizza Company, Swensen’s, Thai Express, Poulet, and The Coffee Club. By 2026, the group expects to have doubled its network to more than 200 locations across many brands.
