German bathroom products retailer Duravit has launched its first store in Vietnam, the brand’s first location in Southeast Asia.

The launch features a collaboration between Duravit and Vietnamese fashion designer Ly Qui Khanh, drawing inspiration from the five key elements of pottery and ceramics: fire, water, metal, earth, and wood. This inspiration will be shown as installation art in Duravit’s bathroom spaces, specifically the Artisan Line.

“Our focus is on promoting Artisan Lines in Vietnam,” said Quyen Dinh, GM of Duravit Vietnam. “The quiet luxury lifestyle has been flourishing in recent years, and this concept has always been at the heart of Duravit’s identity.”

Duravit AG was founded in 1817 in Hornberg, Black Forest, and now distributes designer bathroom fixtures in more than 130 countries.
