Luxury brand distributor Norbreeze Group has appointed Stig Maasbol as its new chairman, replacing Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg, effective last month.

Sauerberg will remain the group CEO and chairman of Norbreeze’s subsidiary companies.

Maasbol, who brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience – including a tenure as group CEO of Scancom International – has also served as vice chairman of Norbreeze’s subsidiaries for more than four years.

In his new role, Maasbol emphasised the importance of maintaining Norbreeze’s commitment to excellence and innovation, saying: “Together, we will build on the solid foundation laid by the Norbreeze Group team and drive the company towards greater success and sustainable growth.”

Sauerberg echoed this optimism, saying that Maasbol’s leadership will help strengthen the company’s market position and growth targets.

Founded in Singapore in 2004 by Sauerberg and Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg, Norbreeze Group distributes, markets, and develops global lifestyle brands.

Among its subsidiaries is Norbreeze Collective Asia, the exclusive distributor for Pandora in Indochina, and a joint venture with an American group and Danish watchmaker, August Berg.
