Beijing-based fragrance brand To Summer has launched its first store in Hong Kong, marking its first expansion outside Mainland China.

Located in Causeway Bay, the ‘Made in Hong Kong’ store is designed to integrate the local culture with the Eastern spirit and offers the brand’s full lineup, including perfumes, home fragrances, and body care products.

The new flagship features four distinct rooms: The Eastern Ingredients Studio, Changwu Pavilion, Study Room, and Bathroom.

“We will focus on the development of the Hong Kong market and our local clients first,” said Arnold Lau, To Summer’s spokesperson. “With the Causeway Bay store as a core base, we will then continue to invest resources and steadily expand our operations.

“Hong Kong’s unique position as an international financial and cultural hub provides an unparalleled platform for brands like To Summer to showcase their products and connect with a diverse international audience,” he said.

The store draws inspiration from the historic craftsmanship and the spirits of Hong Kong artisans, such as Hakka, the Sham Shui Po fabric market, hand-carved artist Jin Fa Mahjong, and renowned designer Alan Chan.

In Mainland China, To Summer initiated a program to restore ancient buildings, such as its Kuiyuan residence store in Guangzhou and launched a pop-up event in Shenzhen earlier this year.
