Prada has opened a flagship store at Landmark Hong Kong, relocating its long-standing boutique within the retail complex as part of a broader upgrade of the brand’s physical presence in the city – and the Landmark retail complex.

The new store spans more than 1300sqm across three levels, making it the brand’s largest location in the Asia-Pacific region.

Located at the corner of Des Voeux Road and Ice House Street, the store features large street-facing windows and an off-white steel facade incorporating Prada’s triangular motif, alongside Porto Bianco stone finishes.

The interior includes a black-and-white checkered marble floor, green wall finishes and black metal detailing, referencing design elements used in other Prada locations.

Women’s ready-to-wear is located on the first floor, while the second floor is primarily dedicated to menswear, alongside a limited selection of women’s items. The ground floor includes private rooms used for fine jewellery appointments and personalisation services.

The relocation reflects ongoing demand for large-format stores in prime locations among global luxury brands, even as Hong Kong’s retail sector continues to adjust to changes in tourism flows and consumer spending.
