Hong Kong’s K11 Musea has added more than 60 new luxury and premium brands, refreshing more than 30 per cent of its retail space and hitting a record high for its portfolio.

The expansion is expected to drive double-digit rental growth across the newly upgraded stores, reinforcing K11 Musea’s position as a leading destination for high-end shopping and lifestyle experiences in the city.

The first phase of the multi-stage brand upgrade, focused on luxury names, is set to be completed by the end of this year. The next phase will centre on other premium lifestyle and trending brands.

Newly opened or expanded flagship stores include Audemars Piguet’s Ap House wing, Balenciaga and Brunello Cucinelli duplex stores, Delvaux, Dior Beauty, Loewe, Miu Miu, Prada, Rolex, Saint Laurent, and Van Cleef & Arpels.

K11 Musea is also responding to growing demand for athleisure and beauty with expanded or first-in-Hong Kong stores from Lululemon, NBA Atelier, Shiro, Bath & Body Works, Sephora, and Tory Burch.

Horace Lam, CEO of K11 Hong Kong, said the expansion underscores international brands’ confidence in K11 Musea’s business model and long-term growth prospects.

“We expect the introduction of more international luxury and premium lifestyle brands will help drive the growth of our rental level,” Lam told Inside Retail

“The expansion also reaffirms our commitment to curating an exceptional luxury retail and premium lifestyle experience at K11 Musea.”

K11 Musea has seen strong footfall and tourist spending, with sales in luxury, jewellery, and watches up roughly 21 per cent year-on-year in the second half of 2025. Chinese New Year 2026 marked an almost 60 per cent rise in tourist spending compared with the previous year, highlighting the mall’s continued appeal to both local shoppers and international visitors.
