German delivery platform Delivery Hero is reportedly exploring the sale of the South Korean food-delivery company, Woowa Brothers.

Woowa Brothers operates South Korea’s Baedal Minjok delivery app, commonly known as Baemin. It has also expanded into grocery delivery through its B Mart platform. Delivery Hero acquired it for roughly US$4 billion in 2019.

JP Morgan is said to be the advisor appointed to assist Delivery Hero in the sale, which is sought to be in the region of US$5.3 billion, according to The Korea Times.

Delivery Hero also operates Foodpanda in Asia, the Talabat brand in the Middle East and North Africa, Glovo in Southern and Eastern Europe, and PedidosYa in Latin America.
