Property developer Ayala Land has opened its 1 billion pesos retail complex in Negros Occidental.

The shopping centre called The District North Point is considered the “first large-scale, mixed-use, integrated, master-planned community in Negros”.

The mall has a gross floor area of 20,968 sqm and houses more than 100 stores.

The District North Point is part of the a project called The North Point Estate which is comprised of residential developments namely, Ayala North Point, Verdana Homes Plantazionne, Verdana Homes Asyana, Avida Village North Point, and Amaia Scapes North Point.

“The North Point Estate is the first of its kind in Western Visayas and the latest and most exciting destination in Negros,” said Ayala Land senior VP Emilio Tumbucon.
