Century Properties Group will mark its entry into retail development with the opening its Century City Mall in the last quarter of the year in Makati.

The new mall will be part of the Century City, which also houses high-end residential developments including Knightsbridge Residences, Trump Tower, Gramercy Residences and Milano Residences.

Century City Mall will feature luxury retail brands on the first level, lifestyle fashion brands on the second level and cinemas on the third level, which will also have food and beverage outlets and retail stores such as the largest Apple reseller in Southeast Asia.

The fourth level is dedicated to al fresco dining while the fifth level will feature rooftop bar.

The mall basement will house a 1400 sqm new concept supermarket.

“Our team of designers has gone through great lengths to create a place that is truly special and offer a wholly distinct retail, leisure and dining experience – from its design to its store mix as well as lifestyle concepts,” said Century Properties COO Marco Antonio.

Century Properties Group said it invested more than 1 billion pesos (US$24.3 million) in the mall designed by Singapore-based Broadway Malyan in partnership with its in-house architecture and design team.
